As the supervisor of the Driver License Center, you will oversee the staff and manage human resources, such as recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions for both Civil Service and union employees. Your duties will also include ensuring fair administration of knowledge and skills tests, as well as monitoring employee performance and customer satisfaction levels to maintain operational efficiency.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday – Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Overtime and travel as required
Salary:Â In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience as a Driver License Examiner (commonwealth title); or
Two years of experience as a Driver License Examiner Assistant (commonwealth title); or
Three years of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
Special Requirements:
This position requires an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C Driver’s License or equivalent and twenty-one years of age at the time of application.
This position requires no suspensions or revocations of a driver’s license during the five year period immediately preceding employment.
Other Requirements:
