Insignia is seeking a reliable and experienced Office Administrator / Driver(Executive vehicles) to manage the daily operations. This unique role combines key administrative responsibilities with the operation and management of our executive vehicles, including SUVs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in driving larger vehicles, with a strong focus on both office support and vehicle upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide complete administration support for the Malta office, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Asset Management: Oversee and manage all properties, vehicles, and key information, maintaining detailed records and promoting operational efficiency.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor all storage facilities and maintain accurate inventory checks to ensure availability and compliance.
Logistics and Deliveries: Coordinate logistics and delivery operations, ensuring timely and safe transport of goods and services.
Safety Protocols: Develop and implement guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for all individuals involved in operations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine car maintenance tasks and monitor the technical condition of vehicles, keeping records to promote cost-effective maintenance.
Cost Management: Analyse vehicle maintenance records to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements.
Professional Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid driver’s license with experience driving larger vehicles (SUVs).
Familiarity with logistics, inventory management, and basic vehicle maintenance.
Strong analytical skills, particularly in route planning and safety assessments.
