Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth office management. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, clerical skills, and proficiency in Google Suite. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Office Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Provide clerical support by preparing reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized, placing orders when necessary.
Support customer service initiatives by addressing client concerns and providing information about services.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
Strong front desk experience with excellent phone etiquette skills.
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
