Provider Program Administrative Analyst
This Position Is Responsible For The Administration Of Effective Network Programs. Responsibilities Include Network Program Enhancement Planning And Implementation Activities;
Ongoing Program Support And Administration;
System Testing, Training Programs, Coordination Of Reporting And Analysis, And Documentation AndContinuous ImprovementActivities.
Position Interacts with Key Stakeholders Across Departments And External Entities.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the following operational aspects of network programs, Project / Enhancements / Initiative planning and implementation, Cross functional departmental coordination, Program management and administration including data maintenance / processing, identifying providers for recruitment oreducation, research and resolution of issues, answering inquiries, Communications / Training including network management representative training, provider correspondence, webinars and related presentation material development, Results reporting and analysis coordination, system testing, Coordinate with the client plans in support of network programs.,
Perform operational functions for specified network programs and serve as plan lead.
Coordinate with internal resources for implementation and operation tasks, establish relationships with appropriate the client representatives including technical areas, and coordinate operational activities with the client plans to promote synergies and consistency within the client, participate in BCA and/or external entities meetings when appropriate, Identify and implementcontinuous improvementopportunities.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years’ experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment, Plus 3 yearsproject managementexperience including leading and planning projects.,
Managed care/network management database experience including knowledge of information flow, PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Power point, and Share point, Clear and concise verbal and writtencommunication skillsincluding interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self- starter, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks/projects, work in ateam environment.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of state and federal network management legislation and regulations
Knowledge of the Premier Provider Web (PPW) application. (for internal candidates only)
knowledge of of the Medicaid and/or Medicare products and networks
knowledge of Facets
Tableau, Power BI, Government Program experience,Analytical Skills.
