We are looking for responsible Delivery Drivers to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
Follow routes and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Customer Service comes first – provide courteous interaction with customers, dispatchers and supervisors
Complete logs and reports
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Safety inspection of the vehicle before delivery including tire pressure, basic fluid levels and pneumatic controls
Local travel only – drivers will be home every night
Skills
Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
Valid professional driver’s license, CDL required
Ability to operate tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good driving record – no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years (any vehicle)
Meet or exceed the medical standards of the US Department of Transportation – No Preventable Accidents in the past 3 years
No felonies/confinement within the past 7 years
Three years of driving experience
High school degree
Must be able to pass a TSA Background Check
Other Info
Hazardous Material certification a plus
Flat Bed certification a plus
