Job Description

You will act as the center of control, providing support and skills to ensure smooth operations, including managing budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, and handling calls and emails.
How you will contribute
Provide administrative support, execute activities, and build effective relationships with those you support
Perform duties related to budget, expenses, and purchasing processes
Answer calls and emails, responding appropriately to queries and requests
Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
Complete and update reports, maintain systems and data
Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc., as needed
What you will bring

Strong computer skills, warehouse knowledge, and a hard-working attitude willing to complete tasks on time and in full.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
The base salary range is $50,000 – $75,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. The position is eligible for a competitive bonus program based on performance and company results.
Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, education programs, holidays, and vacation. Eligibility varies by benefit.
No relocation support available.
