What You’ll Do:

Guest Experience & Operations:

  • Supervise Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Services to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Oversee VIP arrivals, special requests, and group arrangements.
  • Conduct inspections of guest and public areas to maintain service quality and cleanliness.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate associates to uphold brand service standards.
  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure effective handovers between teams.
  • Support training and development of Front Office staff.

Administration & Coordination:

  • Manage daily reports, financial transactions, and system updates in PMS.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure operational consistency.
  • Oversee Night Audit and ensure smooth transition between shifts.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Act as the on-duty leader in emergencies, ensuring safety and security standards are met.
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

Experience & Attributes:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or duty management role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera) and hotel operations procedures.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
