What You’ll Do:
Guest Experience & Operations:
- Supervise Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Services to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Oversee VIP arrivals, special requests, and group arrangements.
- Conduct inspections of guest and public areas to maintain service quality and cleanliness.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, guide, and motivate associates to uphold brand service standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure effective handovers between teams.
- Support training and development of Front Office staff.
Administration & Coordination:
- Manage daily reports, financial transactions, and system updates in PMS.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure operational consistency.
- Oversee Night Audit and ensure smooth transition between shifts.
Safety & Compliance:
- Act as the on-duty leader in emergencies, ensuring safety and security standards are met.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Experience & Attributes:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or duty management role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera) and hotel operations procedures.
- Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
