Position: E-Commerce Affiliate Staff.
Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, influencer/KOL management, or related roles
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or FMCG industries is a plus
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms or marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, etc.)
- Strong communication, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data (e.g., tracking links, campaign performance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of affiliate programs across platforms
- KOL & Affiliate Coordination: Communicate with affiliates, creators, and KOLs for campaign execution
- Campaign Execution: Support the setup and monitoring of affiliate campaigns, including link tracking and promo coordination
- Performance Tracking: Help track campaign performance (clicks, conversions, sales) and prepare basic reports
- Recruitment Support: Identify and acquire new potential affiliates or creators
- Content Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure affiliates have the necessary materials (briefs, assets, promo info)
- Data & Admin Tasks: Maintain affiliate databases, update records, and ensure accurate tracking
- Marketplace Support: Assist in managing affiliate activities on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media and affiliate trends to support campaign ideas
