- Manage the online store on a day-to-day basis
- Involve in e-commerce business development, formulate strategies and manage all online sales and marketing related matters
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide good customer service
- Prepare sales report
- Other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree graduate
- 1 – 2 years of experience in managing digital channels across website and marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge in Canva or any similar tools/application is added advantage
- Team worker and responsible disposition, able to work independently.
- Positive attitude, good personality and able to communicate well.
- Required Language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
RM3,000 – 4,500/month + allowances
