Office time-9am to 5pm
Week off
– Alternate Saturday off Sunday fixed off.
Salary-35k to 40k
Need Excellent communication

Experience: 2-3 years in Executive Assistance or Admin Management.
Skills:
Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Role Overview
The EA cum Admin will provide executive support to the Director, manage schedules, handle communication, and oversee office administration. The role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle official communication, emails, and correspondence.
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
Assist in event planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Maintain records, reports, and confidential documentation.
Personal Attributes
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to handle VIP stakeholders and high-profile engagements.
