Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support primarily to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring seamless operations of the executive office. Additionally, the role offers secondary support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, communications, and critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Offer secondary administrative assistance to the CFO and COO as needed.
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, demonstrating proficiency in both domestic and international travel coordination.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO’s decision-making processes.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining executive office efficiency.
Support special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Pay: $43,910.00 – $45,878.00 per year
