HR Engagement Specialist & Office Coordinator

Work Schedule:

5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Timings:  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Engagement Specialist & Office Coordinator to

join our team

in Bangalore. This

dynamic

role combines HR engagement responsibilities with office coordination and travel management, ensuring a vibrant and well-organized

work environment

. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR engagement, office administration, and travel desk coordination, with a preference for candidates experienced in SaaS or product-based companies.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Engagement & Employee

Experience:

Plan and execute

employee engagement

initiatives, weekly company events, and celebrations to foster a positive and

collaborative workplace

culture.

Coordinate employee onboarding, relocations, and background verification processes.

Distribute and manage Sodexo coupons, ensuring timely allocation to employees.

Develop and update HR policies related to

employee engagement

, travel, and office administration.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Office Coordination:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and efficient workspace.

Maintain and replenish office supplies, including managing evening snacks for employees.

Ensure the office environment reflects a high standard of organization and

professionalism

.

Travel Desk Management:

Plan and manage employee travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visa processing, and hotel reservations.

Monitor and ensure compliance with travel budgets, providing regular reports to relevant departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel and accommodation vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.

Reporting & Administration:

Create and maintain detailed reports of office, travel, and HR activities for review and analysis.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services and supplies.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR engagement, office administration, and travel coordination. Experience in a SaaS or product-based company is a plus.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and

communication skills

; a “people’s person” who thrives on engaging with employees and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report creation.

Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and build strong professional relationships.
