Main Responsibility
Under supervision from the Chief Engineer, assist in field related duties of daily engineering administration including administrating procurement request, receiving and communicate work orders with engineering team, also related to employees’ administration requirement.
Requirements
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Basic fluency in English (oral and written), for that only application in English shall be shortlisted.
Minimum one year of work experience in Engineering administrative or a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
Fresh graduates from a reputable vocational school or college are welcome to apply.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
Self-starter and well-organized with strong administrative skill.
