Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support engineering department in daily administrative operations, including document control, maintenance scheduling, and coordination with related departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Assist in processing and tracking maintenance requests, work orders, and ensuring all records are properly documented and updated.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Strong administrative, organizational, and document control skills with experience handling maintenance records, work orders, and reporting in engineering or hospitality operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with ability to manage data, support procurement process (PR/PO), and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
