Role Overview:

  • Provide live chat support to international customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

What You Need:

  • Educational background: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior experience in E-commerce BPO is a huge plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift schedule
  • Availability to work 5 days per week.
  • Willing to work in shifts (including weekends/public holidays).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
