Role Overview:
- Provide live chat support to international customers.
- Resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
What You Need:
- Educational background: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior experience in E-commerce BPO is a huge plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift schedule
- Availability to work 5 days per week.
- Willing to work in shifts (including weekends/public holidays).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
