Role Overview:
- Provide live chat or email support to international customers.
- Resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience.

What You Need:
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Prior work experience as a Customer Service Agent is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, especially night shifts to align with European and US time zones.
- Availability to work 5 days per week.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
