Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this in-person role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient coordination of our services and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with field personnel, customers, and internal team members.
Customer Service: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally, providing expert assistance, addressing inquiries, and swiftly resolving issues to uphold stellar customer satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to service delivery, communicating effectively with both customers and field staff.
Documentation: Accurately record and maintain detailed information related to service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Phone Etiquette : Exceptional phone communication skills and etiquette.
Multitasking Skills: Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, excelling in phone-based customer service while managing various responsibilities.
Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours.
Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for efficient data management, communication, and collaborative teamwork.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing actively, communicating effectively, and supporting team goals to achieve collective success.
Reliable: Demonstrates reliability and punctuality.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage.
