Job Overview
- The Resident Engineer Workspace ONE will provide Level 3 technical support, administration, and operational management of Omnissa Workspace ONE, ensuring platform stability, security, and efficient endpoint management across the enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for Omnissa Workspace ONE (UEM, Access).
- 3+ years of experience with Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE.
- Manage device enrollment, application deployment, user access, and security policies.
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
- Coordinate with vendor support for complex issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and activity logs.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to client teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management environments.
- Relevant Workspace ONE / VMware certifications preferred.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM administration.
- Endpoint management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Identity integrations: Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO.
- Knowledge of device compliance, certificates, and security policies.
- Understanding of networking concepts (VPN, proxy, endpoint connectivity).
