Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving product or service issues, providing accurate information and solutions.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our internal systems.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to offer informed assistance.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the team.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to address customer concerns.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong active listening skills and attention to detail

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
