Hiring Manager(s) Jennifer Bailey Location Summerville – Install Division Category Administration Description

Stier Supply Company, an industry leader in the manufacturing and installation of interior and exterior doors for over 70 years, is currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Associate to join our Warranty department. This role does require the candidate to be in office in Jedburg, SC daily.

Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour based on experience, with room to grow!

Responsibilities:

* Handles all daily scheduling phone calls, follow-up work dates with builders and attaching documents for scheduled work dates.

* Properly and effectively works through the our system database, Drop Box and builder websites to pull/add use web applications to gather necessary information and data.

* Phone Lines:

* Checking voicemails each day and returning calls.

* Pulling daily scheduling calls that have been cleared for scheduling by the Warranty Service Support Team.

* Pulling any previous left messages that were left the week prior (following up weekly until the work order gets scheduled).

* Reaching out via email, to either the homeowners, builders, or both, if messages were left on three separate occasions with no returned call back for scheduling.

* Scheduling:

* Providing updates when

communication

is made with the homeowners for scheduled work dates and time frames.

* Make sure scheduled work date in our computer system matches the scheduled work date that is the work order.

* Attaching:

* Uploading all work orders into our online system when scheduled.

* Making sure all work orders are attached in our online system.

Salary $15-$17/hour based on experience Benefits Life, Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance packages available; 401K with company match;

Position Requirements

Desired Qualities:

* Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft, and Dropbox.

* Able to multi-task, organize, prioritize time and responsibilities.

* Strong

attention to detail

and organizational skills are critical.

* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential material is required.

* Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required.
