Position Overview
Swipe Say Easy is looking a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives, helping manage their daily responsibilities, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and proactive, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared as needed.
Conduct research and provide background information to support decision-making.
Assist with personal errands and tasks to enhance the executives’ work-life balance.
Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
Maintain filing systems and organizational processes to streamline operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
