Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for anEntry-Level Procurement Analystto join our dynamic team inDallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities
Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems
Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis
Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Dallas, TX. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
6 months experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
6 months experience in working in SAP
6 month experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
6 months experience working both independently and in team environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years’ related work experience).
Relocation:
