Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and onsite operations of the company. This includes office management, accounting support, human resources coordination, and assisting senior leadership with strategic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
Organize and maintain company documents, client records, and filing systems.
Ensure the office operates efficiently by implementing and maintaining administrative processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and service providers.
Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, and mail), directing them appropriately.
Coordinate with in-person and remote clients and staff
Accounting & Financial Support
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
Support financial tracking, expense reporting, and financial document management.
Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Employee Support
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including processing paperwork and coordinating training.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage employee benefits administration and coordinate with external HR service providers.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team events and professional development programs.
Operational & Strategic Support
Work closely with senior management on special projects and process improvements.
Assist in drafting reports and internal employee communications.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative manager position.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
Knowledge of HR software and administrative tools is a plus.
Ability to learn other software, including ClickUp, Practice CS

Salary: ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,519.00 – $70,000.00 per year
