We're partnering with a small, growing masonry company looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive to join their team as an Estimator & Administrative Assistant.

They specialize mainly in outdoor masonry work, including brick, block, concrete, and stone, along with some interior projects like fireplaces and tile. The company is a women-owned, family-driven company with a collaborative and supportive environment where open communication is key.

About The Role

This is a full-time hybrid position combining estimating and administrative responsibilities.

You'll work closely with the owner and team to turn detailed project information into clear, accurate estimates, while also helping organize and improve internal systems.

Roughly half of your time will be focused on estimating, and the other half on administrative and back-office tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and send estimates using JobTread
  • Translate project details (including videos and notes) into structured quotes
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing and information
  • Maintain and organize data within JobTread (CRM usage)
  • Support basic administrative and financial organization tasks
  • Help improve internal processes and systems over time

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with JobTread
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Advanced English)
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace and email platforms (Zoho Mail)
  • Ability to learn new software quickly (JobTread)
  • Organized and reliable, with good follow-through
  • Available to work Eastern Time hours

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (QBO)
  • Experience in construction, masonry, or similar industries
  • Understanding of materials and terminology (stone, mortar, etc.)

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $1,600 USD/month
  • 10 days PTO
  • US holidays
  • Performance incentives TBD (in development, tied to quotes and closed jobs)
