REMOTE, AFTER INITIAL ONSITE TRAINING IN WELLINGBOROUGH

We appreciate Monday to Friday ‘9-5′ doesn’t fit around everyone’s lifestyle, maybe you have children at school, are still in education or just enjoy the option of varied shift patterns.

Weatherbys Banking Group are looking for a part time, remote working, Evening and Weekend Administrator to join our extended hours team, supporting our clients out of hours.

THE ROLE

The extended hours service is available to our clients from Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 23:00, as well as on weekends and bank holidays between 08:30 and 17:00. We do require you to work at least every other weekend, but we are flexible with which days of the week you can work and can offer you up to 30 hours per week.

This is a remote role, however we do require you to attend an initial training period in person at our Wellingborough office to strengthen your skills and get to know the team. Training will be during standard working hours and your availability during this time will determine the duration of the training, which can range from 2 to 3 weeks.

If you have a part-time role and are looking to supplement your income, this could work for you. However, if you have a full-time role then the commitment needed for this role would not be manageable.

We are looking to offer a salary of £26,000-28,000 FTE per annum, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive 25 days’ FTE annual leave. What Your Day Will Look Like

Provide general advice and assistance to clients with an emphasis on debit card usage queries, fraud, online and mobile banking queries as well as signposting clients to appropriate bank and external services

Monitor card fraud systems and take appropriate initiative-taking action

Ensure all individual responsibilities are completed in accordance with bank processes and procedures

Complete and be flexible about all assigned operational tasks, ensuring all confidential correspondence is secured at the end of each work session

What We Are Looking For

This might seem obvious, but you need a quiet and private space where you can work

Proven administration and telephony experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work under own initiative, making well informed decisions and collaboratively in a collaborative environment

Proficient user of Microsoft packages

Knowledge of banking procedures would be desirable, but we will consider those from other backgrounds
