Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of community initiatives, engagement programs, and events.
- Manage end-to-end community projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with communities, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive community growth, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Track project and community performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage project documentation, budgets, and event operations while overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Community Management, Project Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the gaming and esports industry is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience planning and executing online and offline community events or engagement programs.
