Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Jobs in Wenatchee, WA at NCW Event Rentals
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of basic administrative and clerical tasks. General Duties of the Administrative Assistant include: Providing support to LAC owners and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Other tasks may include but are not limited to: Making and Receiving Phone Calls, Making and Receiving E-mails, Scanning, Copying, Making Travel Arrangements, Basic Research, Filing, ETC.
Prospective applicants must have at least a year of relative experience. Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel Knowledge needed. Our ideal candidate is articulate, highly organized, capable of multitasking, with the ability to work well with minimum supervision. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
