Job description
Partnership & Event Associate
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Partnerships & Events Associate to support outbound partnership efforts and event initiatives at AccPro.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating events, and driving outreach activities to support business growth. You will play a key role in identifying partners, managing collaborations, and executing events that generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities Partnerships & Outbound
- Support outbound efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential partners
- Assist in building and maintaining strategic partnerships (e.g. SMEs, business communities, agencies)
- Coordinate partnership discussions and follow-ups
- Track and manage partnership pipeline and outreach activities
- Work closely with sales team to convert partnership leads into opportunities
Events & Campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events (e.g. webinars, workshops, networking sessions, training)
- Liaise with partners and vendors for event logistics and execution
- Support event promotions and attendee management
- Ensure smooth event operations and post-event follow-ups
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain proper documentation of partnerships and event activities
- Prepare reports on outreach performance and event outcomes
- Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in event planning or community engagement
- Exposure to B2B environment or professional services
- Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach tracking
- Experience working with SMEs or startup ecosystems
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy
As this is a remote-based role, the company prefers candidates to use their own laptop. To ensure smooth performance across multiple tools and platforms, the device should be high-performance and capable of handling multitasking efficiently. A monthly BYOD allowance will be provided to support this arrangement.
