Responsibilities:

Act as the main administrator for the conference, managing the sign-in/sign-out process and overseeing the registration desk.

Monitor meeting room usage and provide support to attendees with questions or directions.

Collaborate closely with the event coordinator to ensure smooth on-site operations.

Distribute attendee welcome packs and materials.

Record and track attendance for approximately 60-80 guests.

Support the event alongside 4-5 sales team members.
