Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to both our customers and our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
Assisting with ordering, receiving and inventorying processes.
Maintain office supplies inventory and general cleanliness of office spaces.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
