Update charts, respond to clients, alert & inform therapists/supervisors as needed
Ensure all parties have access to the relevant information in a timely fashion
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities:
Check the inbox(es) regularly for email communication
Follow up and respond to emails appropriately and in a timely manner
Confirm receipt of every email
Always utilize customer service skills
Ensure client insurance is verified prior to scheduled appointment
Communicate appropriately to all responsible parties in a timely manner
Requirements:
High school diploma
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience coordinating virtual office activities
Technically savvy, especially experience working with Google Workspace
Problem solver
Critical thinker
Attention to details
Proactive, Responsive
Preferred:
BA degree
Compensation
Start with per diem – up to 10hrs/week – $17/hr
