This position is located in Houston, Texas and is required to be onsite.

Primary executive admin support for 2 EVP’s

Full Calendar management responsibility

EVP Financial oversight with BMSA budget and filing

Lead liaison in scheduling office trainings and building presentations

Support OM in special projects and initiatives as needed

The base salary range for this position is $46,000-$60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

2+ Years Support experience – mid to upper level management

Experienced level in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills with upper-level management and customers

2+ years Business acumen in role performance

Events/culture building experience

Projects experience

2+ Years Calendar Management experience

Preferred Experience

Bachelors degree preferred

2+ Years Budgeting and Finance experience a plus

Accuracy and Attention to Detail:Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Effective Communications:Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Interpersonal Relationships:Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Managing Multiple Priorities:Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Office Administration:Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.

Problem Solving:Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
