POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (HWCOM) is currently seeking a per diem Exam proctor to join our team of professionals.
Duties include:
Serves as an administrator during specific examinations for students within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine
Prepares and distributes exam related materials prior to the test administration
Maintains proper records of student attendance upon arrival and departure from exam area Continuously observes students during examinations
Responds to student requests and resolve inquiries or issues as needed
Utilizes software systems to provide administrative support or assessments (e.g., EValue, Exam Soft, NBME).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
office or related experience providing administrative support or coordinating functions of an office or department
WORK SCHEDULE
Per Diem-The schedule varies
