This is a unique and exciting opportunity to provide Executive Administrative support to the Vice President of Recruiting & Inclusion. This role will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support.

Description

– Effective calendar management involves organizing meetings, video calls, and conference calls, prioritizing the schedule to reflect the most critical matters, proactively managing and preparing for meetings, resolving conflicts and challenges, and anticipating needs – Works with other Executive Assistants to coordinate Executives’ schedules. This includes key partnerships with PR, Finance, and Legal – Organizes and supports meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary – Actively manages projects as needed, including coordinating team members and acting as liaison between the executive leader and the project team to ensure deliverables – Collection and preparation of any documentation required for meetings – Organizes complex, domestic and international travel including visa arrangements – Submits and manages expenses – Supports activities such as office space, printers, IS&T support, ordering office materials and supplies

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of Executive Administration support
Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials with proven ability to exercise good judgement and act with integrity and discretion
Excels in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure
Accustomed to problem-solving issues in a timely manner and proactively communicating decisions to appropriate individuals
Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize many competing requests
Looks ahead and able to resolve issues before they become one
Strong professional presence
Can work autonomously with minimal guidance
Excellent written and verbal communication
Flexible attitude and willingness to lean in to solve problems
Some travel required

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $48.70 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
