We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing office tasks, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
We’re seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help streamline key functions across departments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can confidently manage multiple administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day administrative operations across multiple departments
Assist with tracking and managing company assets, including vehicles and equipment
Help ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records
Create and maintain internal documentation, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Prepare for team meetings and company events, including scheduling and logistics
Contribute to inventory tracking, ordering, and basic purchasing support
Aid with billing, invoice tracking, and follow-up communications
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and solve problems
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Support various company platforms and compliance portals as needed (e.g., ISNetworld)

Preferred Experience
2+ years in an administrative role (industrial or logistics industry a plus)
Familiarity with fleet or DOT compliance processes
Basic knowledge of accounting or AR processes
Experience using ISNetworld (or willingness to learn)
