People Share is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant with a non-profit social services provider in the Washington, NJ area!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Fully in office), 1 hour unpaid break.

Salary: $30/hr

Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails and letters, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President’s behalf

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

Managing the Chief Operating Officer’s calendar, including making and rescheduling appointments

Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports

Coordinate filing and review of reports before submission

Oversee collection and submission of grant reports in various local, state, and federal reporting systems

Support Chief Operating Officer’s direct reports and leadership staff in timely submissions as needed

Reconciles credit card for Chief Operating Officer on a monthly basis and submits appropriate documentation to finance department

Acting as the point of contact and liaison among employees and clients

Job Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in the administrative field with 5 years’ experience working with C-Level executives

Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-initiative to complete tasks

Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, performs additional duties as assigned
