About the Role

A critical position in the organisation, this non-executive position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive, professional, and confidential administration support to the CEO and Board to ensure the smooth running of GSHS.

About You

The successful applicant will possess the following:
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or high level administrator willing to undertake further training which will be supported

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Strong administration skills, including IT skills to use a range of Microsoft products, Canva, and other desktop publishing packages

Strong committment to confidentiality

Ability to generate content for social media and local publications is an advantage

Able to lead and coordinate a small working team

Selection Criteria

Essential : Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or high level administrator willing to undertake further training

Essential : Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Essential : A strong administrator who is used to working in a fast-paced medium to large organisation

Essential : Advanced skills using Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), Canva, and other desktop publishing packages.

Essential : Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and handle discretely matters of a sensitive nature.

Desirable : Previous experience in a rural health setting.
