Job Responsibilities

Serves as administrative specialist for the faculty, staff, and dean of the Engineering & Industrial Technologies Division, facilitating the operation and administrative duties of the division, coordinating the administrative and academic functions by supporting the activities of the faculty and staff of the division.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for an HS diploma. Advanced knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and experience as an administrative assistant preferred. Experience in business-related positions including office management, data analysis, and/or support coordination. Banner experience preferred.
