Full Job Description

The Executive Assistant’s role is to provide support for the CEO and senior executives of the company. This includes providing administrative, logistical, and personal assistance to the CEO, as well as scheduling, event planning, and office management.

Responsibilities:

– Provide support for the CEO and senior executives in a manner that is responsive to their needs

– Coordinate travel arrangements with CEO’s assistant, other company executives and corporate partners

– Coordinate details of events such as lunches, dinners or conferences with event coordinators

– Prepare expense reports for company executives

– Handle all incoming calls in a timely manner.

– Open and sort mail in a timely manner

– Maintain an up-to-date database of phone numbers for clients, colleagues and family members.

– Handle all correspondence in a timely manner (e.g., faxes/emails)

– Schedule meetings for CEOs/executives at their request or when necessary.

– Prepare agendas, meeting notes and reference materialsWork collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve project goals.

– Provide project updates on a regular basis.

– Actively participate in our company’s knowledge management program and social media platform.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
