About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and support smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor office supplies and manage inventory procurement
- Support HR and finance teams with basic documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Assist in onboarding and basic employee coordination
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth office functioning
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics when required
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Basic coordination and vendor management skills
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate preferred
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply
Experience
- 03 years of experience in administration / office management preferred
- Freshers with good communication and learning attitude may also apply
