About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and support smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory procurement
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Assist in onboarding and basic employee coordination
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth office functioning
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics when required

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Basic coordination and vendor management skills

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate preferred
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply

Experience

  • 03 years of experience in administration / office management preferred
  • Freshers with good communication and learning attitude may also apply
