Responsibilities

To assist Sales Manager in managing Outlet’s activities, operation and manpower.

To assist Sales Manager in monitoring outlet’s financial target in terms of the monthly intakes, sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit.

To be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly progress report, accuracy of the figure and to ensure all report being submitted before the deadline.

To be responsible and control the retail payment transaction, Petty Cash Reimbursement, Material Requisition Form (MRF), incentive payout, Payment Voucher (PV) and staff claims.

To ensure all administrative documents is according to ISO documentation requirement.

Responsible to update staff attendance, medical leave and equip staff with the latest information from Perodua HQ as and when required.

Requirements

General

Hold a Bachelor Degree in any related field.

Technical / Functional Skills

Proficient in MS Office.

Proficient in report writing and analysis.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with various party, internally and externally.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
