We are expanding our back-office and leadership support functions and are looking for a reliable remote Administrative / Executive Assistant to support senior management and operations.

🧑 💼 Experience Required

2–3 years in:

  • Real Estate (Group Housing projects) OR
  • Legal Firm / Compliance-oriented office environment

📌 Key Responsibilities (Remote)

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to senior management
  • Manage, organize, and maintain digital files, records, and correspondence
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, calendars, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining legal, statutory, and project-related documentation
  • Draft emails, letters, reports, and basic MIS as required
  • Handle communication on behalf of executives with internal teams, consultants, and vendors
  • Ensure smooth remote office coordination and task tracking
  • Support compliance, approvals, and documentation workflows

Note: Physical file handling and on-site coordination will be managed by the local team. This role focuses on documentation, coordination, and executive support.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

✅ Mandatory

  • 2–3 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
  • Strong exposure to documentation, compliance, and structured office workflows
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

✅ Preferred

  • Experience in Real Estate (Group Housing) or Legal Firms
  • Familiarity with contracts, approvals, and regulatory documentation

🛠️ Technical Skills

  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Email & calendar management
  • Google Drive / cloud document handling
  • Basic MIS & reporting
  • Online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
