We are currently seeking a Client Experience Coordinator who has a passion for what they do and is excited to become the next member of our dynamic team.

Job Summary

Precision Landscape Management has a Client Experience Coordinator position available for a professional, reliable, and personable team member. You’ll interact with current clients and prospective clients to answer their questions, answer incoming phone calls, work in the software that we use to run our business, and ask questions of potential clients to direct their incoming sales inquiries to the appropriate team member. You’ll also spend a small portion of your time providing some limited administrative assistance to our team.

Typical Responsibilities

Communicate with and provide assistance to customers, including answering phones and responding to emails.

Be the first point of contact for Precision Landscape Management among first time callers and those who enter the building, representing our values in every aspect of your work

Handle sales inquiries by asking questions so that you can direct the potential client to the correct person who can best meet their needs.

Use our CRM and operational softwares to answer client questions, receive payments, and take actions based on their needs.

Work with the team to provide limited administrative support (such as answering questions from teammates or ordering group lunches, etc).

Other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in administrative duties

3+ years experience in customer service

Excellent and effective communication.

Proficient with accurate record keeping of client interaction and payments.

Proficient and professional in phone and email communication.

Ability to maintain professionalism at all times even in difficult circumstances.

Ability to quickly learn and use various types of software (CRM, GSuite, Aspire, etc.).

Proficient with computers.

Proficient at performing various administrative tasks.

Positive and solutions-minded approach.

Ability to maintain a high level of organization, be proactive, and meet deadlines.

Ability to make sound decisions in the absence of direction.

Weekly pay

Up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off accrued can be earned each year.
