About Us: Aamira Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality home care services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and help ensure seamless day-to-day functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to client and caregiver inquiries
Maintain and update client and employee records
Support office staff with general administrative tasks
Assist with onboarding new caregivers, including paperwork and compliance tracking
Handle light billing, data entry, and filing tasks
Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and caregivers

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office experience is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in home care or healthcare administration is a plus
