Our client, a respected boutique law firm in Atlanta, is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Senior Litigation Partner. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

While prior law firm or litigation support experience is preferred, candidates with strong executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in corporate environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Senior Partner’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, court hearings, appointments, and other time-sensitive commitments with exceptional accuracy (this is the primary responsibility of the role).
  • Serve as the first point of contact by professionally handling incoming phone calls, emails, faxes, and other communications with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal and business documents with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical case files to ensure efficient document management.
  • Accurately transcribe attorney dictation and correspondence.
  • Assemble digital and physical notebooks, binders, and document packages for hearings, meetings, and trial preparation.
  • Handle confidential client and firm information with the utmost discretion.
  • Anticipate the Partner’s needs, proactively identify potential scheduling or administrative issues, and resolve them before they become problems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of stable administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Experience providing dedicated support to senior executives, partners, or attorneys.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proofreading abilities with excellent grammar, spelling, and formatting.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
  • Previous law firm or litigation support experience is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule
