Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of HVAC Industry, Word Documents and Excel spreadsheets is a plus. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Duties
Estimating HVAC jobs.
Record keeping, for example collecting credit card receipts and truck maintenance forms.
Managing service contracts.
Check in parts when they arrive.
Issuing purchase order numbers to field technicians.

Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities.
Experience in office management is beneficial.
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
