Responsibilities

Provide bookkeeping and administrative support to the office, driving organizational success through the management of daily operations and special projects.

Calendar management for executives

Aid executive in preparing for meetings

Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and other business-specific software.

Answers incoming internal and external customer calls and provides exceptional customer service by using critical thinking, problem solving and/or forwarding the call to the appropriate department.

Skills

Proven experience as an Executive Administrative assistant

Experience withbookkeeping, receipt and payment tracking

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Google applications

Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Outlook
