Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, and domestic and international travel coordination
- Serve as a strategic point of contact between senior leadership, internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners
- Prepare, edit, and manage professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and investor-facing materials
- Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative workflows with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate high-level meetings, conference calls, board-related activities, and corporate events
- Maintain sensitive records and handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects, research initiatives, and other executive priorities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within private equity, investment management, financial services, or a professional services environment
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and operate effectively under pressure
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior investment professionals
- Familiarity with private equity, investment, or financial services terminology and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
