Description
Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant in Atlanta, GA.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will service executive
leadership
and the organization as a whole. Responsibilities include managing calendars, travel arrangements, and communications for key executives. Additionally, you will lead the planning and coordination of company wide events.
Job Requirements:
Assist with the coordination of interviews, meetings, and commitments for executive and senior leadership group
Organize and coordinate all townhall meetings and office events, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail
Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, scanning, mail distribution, and outgoing mail/packages
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Must be open and willing to take initiative and stay on top of multiple projects/tasks at once
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred
Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of the organization
Willingness to be on-site multiple days a week
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary platforms
Flexible to other duties/tasks as assigned

Pay Range
$55,000.00 Annually to $60,000.00 Annually
