Job Summary
We are hiring an office administrator to perform various clerical tasks. Since this person will be the first point of contact for our business, the ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist clients. Responsibilities

Client Interactions

Perform daily “Welcome Calls” to newly booked jobs.
Perform “Confirmation Calls” 1 -2 business days before the booked job’s scheduled date.
Initiate damage claim conversations with clients via email.

Staffing Coordination

Interview coordination between candidates and the operations manager.
Respond to general questions posed by candidates through the hiring portal.
Perform initial interview screening via phone/video call for shortlisted job applicants.
Assist owner with any workers’ compensation claims (duties included but not limited to corresponding with the employee and or doctor’s office, obtaining/logging documentation, etc.).

Vendor Relations / Inventory Management

Assist with ordering and tracking the inventory of office supplies, moving supplies, job paperwork, marketing supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.

Other clerical tasks:

Assist with estimate creation.
Answer and direct all phone calls.
Schedule meetings and assist in organizing internal company events.
Provide administrative support to the executive team as necessary.
Other assigned task.

Great attention to detail
General understanding of Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
2 years of experience in a similar role (Preferred).
